Katheryne Loreze (Bentz) King, 85, of Chula Vista, CA died January 3, 2018. She was born to the late Gus Bentz and Mary Edna (Pratt) Bentz on August 7, 1932 in Spencer, NE. She relocated to Los Angeles, CA and married the late John D. King. Katheryne is survived by four children: Laura, Deanna, Patti (John) Tolle and John (Jodi) and three grandchildren: Kelly, John, Jr. and Megan. She is also survived by her sister Shirley (Tom) Soukup of Lincoln, NE and sisters-in-law Lavone Bentz of Spencer, NE, Aimee Bentz of Chula Vista, CA, and Marjorie Bergantz of Morrow Bay, CA.

A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, January 27 at 11:00AM at Community Mortuary, 855 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91911. Interment will follow at Riverside National Cemetery laying her to rest with John who predeceased her in 2003.
