His unexpected passing on July 25, 2018 at his home in Chula Vista after his short fight with Stage 4 cancer has rocked the foundation of his loved ones. The impact of his kindness, love and compassion for his wife, family and friends will be remembered and revered for all eternity.
Joe proudly served in the United States Navy, 30 Jun 1975 – 30 Jun 1999. In his free time Joe enjoyed throwing back a cold one after a hard day’s work, gardening, handywork, playing darts, throwing barbeques and spending time with his family and friends.
