Obituary for Elena Olivares

Heaven recently gained one of its most beautiful angels, Elena Olivares. The sun rose with her on February 20th, 1946 and finally set with her on September 19, 2020. Elena is survived by her husband, Jose Quezada, her children, Violeta Valles and Roy Sepulveda, and her grandchildren, Sulema, David, Ezekiel, Nathaniel and Gabriel.

The poise that she attained will forever be cherished. Her bright blonde hair, her high heels, her dazzling attire and jewelry along with her bright red lipstick and matching nails were only several things she was known for. Elena’s infectious smile could light up anyone’s day. Above all, se had a heart of gold. The selflessness that she possessed constantly revealed itself and beamed through everything she did. Her inner and outer beauty were truly out of this universe and will eternally be missed.

“The Day God Took You Home”
A million times I’ve needed you, a million times I’ve cried.
If love alone would have saved you,
You never would have died.
In life I loved your dearly, in death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place no one else can ever fill.
It broke my heart to lose you, but you didn’t go alone.
Part of me went with you the day God took you home
